Now, 74 years later, on June 25, 2026, at the Disclosure Forum 2026 at the US Capitol, Congressman Eric Burlison (R-MO), member of the House Oversight Committee and the congressional UAP Caucus, dropped a DEVASTATING public bombshell. A long-buried 1952 reel-to-reel audio recording has been confirmed to exist, and MIT’s Lincoln Laboratory has agreed to release it. The tape is labeled, “AF-ATIC-FILM, 03/52” entitled, “flying saucer talk.” On it speaks Edward J. Ruppelt himself, the very first director of the US Air Force’s Project Blue Book, giving an official military briefing on the UFO phenomenon at the absolute peak of the 1952 Washington invasion.
This is the same year the term “UFO” was officially coined, and the Vatican’s top theologians began quietly rewriting Catholic doctrine to accommodate extraterrestrial intelligence. Coincidence? I don’t think so. While Ruppelt was briefing the military brass on flying saucers, Jesuit priest and philosopher Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, the man whose evolutionary, cosmic theology would later heavily influence the Second Vatican Council — was secretly writing La Multiplicité des Mondes Habités (“The Multiplicity of Inhabited Worlds”). In it he dared to suggest that Original Sin was not a unique event tied to Adam and Eve on this single planet, but an inherent cosmic flaw running through an entire universe teeming with intelligent life. Fr. de Chardin was forbidden from publishing it during his lifetime.
Eventually La Multiplicité des Mondes Habités saw the light of day in 1969, the exact same year Project Blue Book was officially terminated on December 17, 1969, following the Condon Report that declared further UFO study unnecessary for national security or science. Can you see a pattern? As the military was shutting down its public investigation, the Vatican was positioning itself as the spiritual authority that would eventually explain the coming “disclosure.”
While the American public was being fed lies and ridicule through the media, the deeply hidden US government UFO reverse-engineering Legacy Program was operating in the shadows, the same program whose patrons have kept the truth buried for decades. However, in 2026, Representative Eric Burlison might finally have clearance to move forward regarding this specific groundbreaking event in UFO history. In early May, he sent a formal demand to MIT’s Lincoln Laboratory for the 1952 Ruppelt recording. Their lawyers confirmed the tape exists and now as Disclosure Foundation Executive Director Jordan Flowers stated bluntly, Burlison, “knows where certain files are” and “he’s demanding answers.” This is not some dusty old reel for sure. Project Blue Book’s own director spoke in the middle of the most intense UFO wave in American history, while, at the exact same moment, the Jesuit’s inside the Vatican laid theological foundation for contact with non-human intelligences. The same institution that has spent centuries controlling the narrative about God, creation, and humanity’s place in the cosmos has been quietly building the doctrinal escape hatch for extraterrestrial disclosure since at least 1952.
