Religious freedom was finally received in California yesterday thanks to the U.S. Supreme Court tossing out California Governor Gavin Newsom’s Satanic order banning all in-person worship and granting Harvest Rock Church an opportunity to present evidence prior to the country’s top court made their judgment.
“The application for injunctive relief, presented to Justice Kagan and by her referred to the Court, is treated as a petition for a writ of certiorari before judgment, and the petition is granted,” stated the Supreme Court’s Dec. 3 order. The Supreme Court “vacated” the lower court order against the California Christian churches where Newsom’s worship ban was upheld, stripping it of its effects.
The decision was made after Harvest Rock Church and the Harvest International Ministry sent an emergency petition to Associate Justice of the Supreme Court Elena Kagan at the end of November 2020 asking her to “resolve these important questions” involving religious freedom and Newsom having different standards when it came to applying COVID-related measures to churches when compared to the rest of the state’s businesses. The Satanic nature of Newsom’s work has been exposed once again in a state like California, that has been in the hands of Satanists since the end of the 60s.
In yesterday’s court order, the Supreme Court sent the case back down to the lower court, telling it to consider its ruling in light of the Court’s Nov. 26 ruling against New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s restrictions on places of worship blocking the Demoncrat governor from enforcing limits against religious buildings and places of worship.The “ruling by the Supreme Court provides great relief for churches and places of worship,” said Liberty Counsel’s Mat Staver. Earlier this week, Liberty Counsel filed the final reply brief to the Supreme Court regarding its request for an injunction pending appeal in the lawsuit against Newsom’s worship ban.
